"Such a nice place, both the stay and the location. Clean and well-equipped. The hosts are fantastic and very helpful (reserved the best local pizza/pasta dinner for us in the mountains and invited us on a glass of local rosé, when we arrived). "Hotel is up an amazingly steep mountain with multiple hairpin bends, not for the faint hearted but amazing drive for our Porsche. Hotel son and daughter very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean but basic, towels very old. We struggled with the fixed menu food offering and there is really no where else so you have no choice. Breakfast is very much cake and meats and quite limited. However for the experience of being at the top of a mountain with only cows with bells, it Is unique"

"The hotel is really cool and in a very old structure. Appointed very well with modern amenities but still keeping a lot of the old world charm. Located perfectly to visit the Santuario La Donna Della Corona. Breakfast was large and plenty of choices. The staff was great! They were eager to answer questions or help arrange for needs. "
