The property and amenities were very nice. Food and drinks were excellent, and the buffet had a variety. 3 Items that would be an improvement: 1 - No Smoking at the pool areas. 2 - Enforce the rule of NO reservations of cabanas or lounge chairs by placing personal items to reserve space. Other people want to enjoy the pool before the sun hits its peak. If you are not at the pool then you shouldn't be able to save a space. 3 - Guest should freely be able to go between all properties within the Royalton property and not be limited to just the one that was booked.

Although we enjoyed our stay at Royalton Negril., the property and our room in particular is need of some remodeling & repairs. We had a one bedroom presidential & for the price, I was disappointed in the state of the room. Repairs to bring room back up to "diamond club" status needs to be done ASAP. We would like to give a shout out to our butler Rahiem for top notch service and our guy at the bar next to Jerk Hut. Overall an amazing stay, mainly due to staff.

This use to be my go to Hotel however the last two years I haven’t had the best experience. Our swim up was not cleaned before we arrived. It had trash from the last guest and it was never cleaned the week we were there. The spa IS NOT WORTH the money! Don’t GO and the credit they promise you does not exist!
