We also provide an 0800 number to call with technical/WiFi issues and find that most problems are being solved quickly by the technical team. Hi Zane - we're really sorry that was your experience. We are wondering if you contacted our service provider, listed on the map you were given, plus in other places around the Park? We do unfortunately have patchy reception, but provider IKS can usually reconnect.

Hello Brian - we were really sorry to read of your perception of our Holiday Park. Naturally we need to make money to be a viable business and invest back in the property, but we are committed to our primary goal: to give our guest's individual attention and enjoyable memories. We would very much appreciate additional detail from you so we might understand how we let you, and therefore ourselves, down, and had included a personal email for you to respond to but Expedia won't allow this in review responses and rejected our reply (hence the delay). If you were to contact us with more detail however, we would value your input.

Hi Peter - thanks for the feedback. We're working on a more streamlined layout but unfortunately not too much we can do about the airport, although for the record we did get here first (1926) while the airport only arrived in 1937. We hope you'll come and stay again some time.
