Great apartment in a lovely village
The apartment met all of our expectations, the view and location were excellent. The village was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the local bus stop into the town or beach is just outside the apartment entrance and the local Cave bar and restaurant was high quality at reasonable prices. Two supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Nerja is just a lovely rustic Spanish town so would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful sea views
The apartment has everything you need and it was spotlessly clean. Sitting on the balcony with wonderful views of the sea was very relaxing. It was very hot but the air conditioning was great and we liked the keyless system. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill (so great views!) but the bus stop is practically outside the door making it really easy to get into the centre of Nerja. A nice apartment to stay in.

Fantastic views from lovely apartment
Lovely apartment, really comfy bed, huge TV and large American style Fridge/Freezer Had everything we needed for our stay Only feedback would be a clothes horse to dry clothes or washing line in the entrance terrace area 😀 and for us a microwave would have been useful but we managed and throughly enjoyed our stay. Recommend car hire but there are local buses and taxis

Thanks for the review, clothes horse is on the terrace in a rain cover. I opted out of the microwave as the space in the kitchen is limited.

Wonderful Experience

A week in Nerja
Property was as advertised. Well equipped and great AC (very warm during our visit). We are a couple in middle 70's, so climbing 25 stairs was exercise. Peter did advise us of the stairs ahead of time. Seems like everthing in Nerja involes stairs. We spent most of our time while in the apartment on the balcony with it's fabulous views! Would recommend this apartment.

Penthouse apartment in great location
Super apartment in a cracking location in Capistrano. Ideal for a couple, modernised very clean and comfortable. Certainly we would rent again!

Spotless property, perfect for 2 people!
Mu husband and I spent a wonderful week in Nerja from the 27th of May to the 3rd of June. Property is clean and modern, lovely pool area with bar and small market on site. Walked to town and beach daily!

Nice place to stay
Located up on a hill with views out to sea. It is well equipped with modern furniture and fittings - including air-conditioning, an induction hob, a big fridge-freezer and wifi. The toilet and shower are particularly compact. Nice location. Fairly quiet. There's a bus stop very close by, but we chose to walk into town for an evening - which is a 30 minute stroll. The apartment is part of a Capistrano 'urbanisation' which features great swimming pools. Would definitely stay there again.

Sea vacation
My couple and I were looking for a nice appartment for our holiday and we definitely found it. Everything was lovely, incredible facilities… It is important, though, having a vehicle because even though distances are short, slopes makes it hard to move on foot. You can easily park next to the appartment. For everything else, our stay has been unbeatable.

Tranquilidad y buenas vistas
El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila de Capistrano Village con uno jardines muy bonitos y cuidados donde no hemos tenido ningún día problema en aparcar en la calle pues siempre hay algún sitio libre. El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. La relación con Peter, el propietario ha sido muy buena y nos ha resuelto cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Los aires acondicionados y ventiladores funcionan estupendamente lo que a nosotros, que nos ha tocado una semana de bastante calor y humedad por las noches, nos ha venido muy bien. En general todo muy bien. Si estaría mejor que el baño fuera algo mas grande pues es bastante pequeño y creo que le vendría bien una mesa en el salón fija para no tener que estar usando la de la Terraza que te obliga a estar moviendo y abriendo la mesa cada vez que vas a comer. Un poco de menaje tampoco le vendría mal. Tiene un toldo muy bueno (eléctrico) pero se cierra solo en cuanto que hace un poquito de aire (quizás se pudiera ajustar el sensor para que no se cierre tan fácilmente pues con una ligera brisa se cierra). Pero en general hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este apartamento. Muchas gracias Peter por todo.

Hemos estado 8 días en la casita disfrutando de las vacaciones y ha sido una estancia muy agradable. La casa esta muy bien equipada con todo tipo de accesorios (quitando un microondas). El balcón ofrece unas vistas increíbles al mar.

Eine sehr praktisch eingerichtete Küche, auch wenn ein Geschirrspüler fehlte. Sehr komfortables Fernsehangebot. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, zumal wir jeden Tag die Sonne genießen konnten.

Gezellig appartement
Wij hebben van 21 juni tot 1 juli 2019 dit gezellige, comfortabele appartement gehuurd. Alles was aanwezig. Goede keuken, fijne douche en een heerlijk bed en een hele gezellig woonkamer en fantastisch balkon. Uitzicht op zee (tussen de appartementen door) was mooi. Het appartement staat in een mooi park dat zeer goed onderhouden wordt. Met veel mooie bloeiende planten en bomen. Verder is er een winkel voor dagelijkse boodschappen aanwezig en een heerlijk zwembad met bar. En wil je uit eten dan is er een klein restaurant aanwezig met een eenvoudige kaart. 2 grotere supermarkten in de buurt. Het is wel heuvelachtig. Wij gebruikten de auto als wij naar het strand en de stad Nerja gingen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en zullen zeker nog eens teruggaan.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Sehr komfortable Ausstattung. Alles sehr neuwertig und der Kühlschrank/ der Grill und technische Ausstattung einfach top. Hatten super 10 Tage und das Capistrano village einfach super schön und sehr gepflegt.

Eine traumhafte Woche in Nerja
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Apartment in Nerja! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach super und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war klasse! Vor allem der Gasgrill auf dem Balkon war ein Traum. So konnten wir den ein oder anderen lauen Sommerabend mit frisch gegrilltem Fisch und Blick auf das Meer verbringen ;-) Und wenn wir doch einmal ein bisschen Trubel haben wollten, waren wir in ca. 30min. zu Fuß im quirligen Zentrum von Nerja. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen :-)

Väldigt fräsch o fin lägenhet! Lugnt o skönt område!
Vi var 3 personer som hade underbara dagar i Nerja i denna mycket fräscha o fina lägenhet. Dörrarna som gick att öppna upp helt mot terassen var toppen. Gjorde att även rummet kändes större.. . Utsikten från terassen var magisk o perfekt m markisen. Lögenheten inte stor men hade allt vi behövde. Dessutom ovanligt sköna sängar för vara semesterbostad i Spanien. Rekommenderar verkligen denna lägenhet

100 % nöjd med lägenhet och vistelse.
Lägenheten svarade helt upp mot beskrivningen. Rejäl altan med sol hela dagen, skulle det bli för varmt finns motordriven markis. Sköna IKEA-sängar, fint renoverat badrum med golvvärme och handdukstork. Köksdelen med induktionshäll, stor kyl/frys samt all övrig utrustning fungerade utan några problem. Jag lade också märke till att fönster och vikvägg ut mot altan var försett med isolerglas = helt tätt, inget drag. Lugnt läge i fina omgivningar. Skulle man inte orka gå från stranden/city finns buss som stannar precis utanför. Hade några frågor till ägaren innan och under vistelsen, fick svar omgående utan dröjsmål. Kan därför starkt rekommendera denna lägenhet, ingen skall behöva bli besviken. Anders & Lise-Lott

Dejlig ferielejlighed i roligt, velplejet område.
Skøn lejlighed i herlige omgivelser. Med masser af muligheder for vandreture i det fantastiske Andalusien. Havde vidunderlige 4 uger, der ikke føltes en dag for meget i en meget velfungerende lejlighed.

Wir hatten fantastische 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Apartement
Das Apartement war sehr schick ausgestattet und hatte alles was man benötigte. Der Ausblick vom Balkon beim Grillen (sehr guter Gasgrill) war das Highlight. Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich und wir konnten super entspannen. Die Anreise war sehr einfach und die Schlüsselübergabe dank der Boxen sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und schnell.

Relaxed and easy
We stayed in this apartment over a weekend and had the best time. The apartment is perfect with everything you need and more, it was the easiest thing to just relax here. We spent every morning overlooking the ocean and having breakfast on the balcony, which is the best way you can start a day and with all the luxurious extra features everything is so easy here (and that is what you want for your holidays). The bed is super comfortable and the sofa as well (though it can't compete with the bed). The location is also good, the view makes everything worth it and the walk down to the beaches and centre is much shorter than you would think. Overall we're all very pleased with our stay and would love to come back and relax a bit more in this apartment.
