"Canal view stay has to be one of the best BnB experiences that we have ever had. The comfort and home-feel of a BnB was combined with the attention to detail and service found within a design hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the space that was larger than expected from the photos. "We had a wonderful stay and this is must visit place to make your holiday even more comfortable. Owner is very friendly and down to earth. Rooms are very cozy and there is alot of space to keep your belongings. Vintage dutch 3 storey house that has luxurious designed living rooms, bedroom and kitchen. Worth every penny and it is located right on the canal with amazing views and just a 5 min walk from the nearest tram station. I would be visiting again hopefully soon. "

"We stayed on the 3rd floor of a refurbished train station. The room was clean and the decor inventive. The dinner was well done and the owners gracious. One caveat is that the owners haven't yet put in an elevator and the 2 flights of stairs are the characteristically steep and narrow Dutch stairs."

"Wonderful hotel! It is close a few minutes walk to metro station which takes about 12min to reach Amsterdam central station. It is located in a quiet area with a 3min access to mini mart operating from 7am to 7pm and no such food or other facilities. It has an easy access to Amsterdam for day trips via metro. We found the breakfast a bit expensive for $24 per person so we decided to eat out. Our room had toilet on one side and shower sink on the other side. The automatic control of lights and curtains was a plus and easy. The room had a kettle and refrigerator which was a plus. Overall, pleasant! "
