Barely a lock on the door. The paint was peeling everywhere (especially terrible in the bathroom.) There was a hole punched in the bathroom door. Stained walls, curtains, and bedding. There were cigarette burns on all of the furniture, bathtub, and bedding, despite it being a non-smoking room. I refused to walk on the dirty carpet or floors with my bare feet. The floor towel for the shower was already wet when we arrived. The only thing good was that we had a sleeping bag and our own pillows to sleep on top of all of the bedding. Disgusting. Wasn't worth a $40 stay and we spent almost $200. We skipped the breakfast based on the lack of cleanliness.

My general reaction is that the place is a bit of a dump. Paint peeling from the walls in the room, for example. Almost all of my issues are surface matters that could be fixed up in relatively short order and minimal expense.
