The staff were superb! The hotel is charming and ideally located in the French Quarter. And when we arrived to find that our reservation (made through Expedia) had been canceled due to a problem between Expedia and the credit card company, Beverly (at the front desk) was terrific and calming. She took care of the problem with the best of true Southern hospitality. I miss seeing her and the rest every day. They were like family.

Beautiful boutique style hotel. The location was amazing and the employees were fantastic. They were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Every recommendation was fantastic. I would highly recommend Bienville House. Three notes, make a reservation for the restaurant/bar in the hotel. You won’t be disappointed! 2nd, if you do not upgrade to a balcony view you will not have any windows in your room. This did not bother us as we were out most of the day. It could be an issue with some. 3rd note is that the bed would have been luxurious except that you roll to the middle. Otherwise the pillows were great and the linens were very high quality.
