Everything you need, including firewood for the wood stove.Convenient to NY State Parks and not far from the Empire Trail and Hudson Valley Greenway so perfect for us to check off some of our NY State Parks Centennial Challenge tasks and get some hiking and biking in. "We came up in the fall to meet friends halfway. The house was so clean and loved all the white sheets and towels. Mostly hardwood or tile in the house. Heat worked great. Huge bath that five kids all got in together and has a blast. Close to warnick which was cute. We did vineyards and farm activities. Lots of foliage. Close to the lake. Would go back for sure!"

"This wonderful cottage has every amenity a traveler could want.. A beautiful modern kitchen, electric fireplace, lots of LED lighting, ample seating, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a huge smart tv. "Thank you Ginny we had a lovely stay at your cottage. Was exactly as pictured! Was perfect for a night away. The only feedback we have is there was no body wash/soap or shampoo (but 3 bottles of conditioner) for the shower. And also in the main bedroom, the center support of the bed frame would shift even just getting into and out of bed. We were a little concerned it might give way but it held and mattress was comfortable. Besides those notes we would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This house is definitely secluded, so if you like privacy, and we do, this is the place for you. The house is well stocked with breakfast food, and food for guests is well marked. House is spotless. Bed is comfortable. I had a long phone conversation with Lisa and she was friendly and honest about what to expect. It's a short drive to the sights in the Hudson Valley. The only caution is the gravel driveway leading to the house is long and rough."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was as described, cute little neighborhood and very quiet. We felt very at home and cozy in this house. Special details we loved: the incense, candles, and lots of throw blankets. For fellow cooking aficionados: there is good stainless steel cookware along with some non stick style skillets. Also there is a medium sized soup pot. A couple big knives and good wooden & plastic spatulas/big spoons/mixers etc. One note, I am 5'9" and the shower head...
