The rooms are small with great views (we were on the 43rd floor facing the Empire State Building skyline, which was amazing). Bar food was tasty and enclosed rooftop was relaxing. Easy (free weekend) street parking and restaurants are walkable.

The hotel was clean and check in went smoothly. Our window had direct view to the empire state which was very pretty at night. Small room, but comfortable for two people. Parking was a pain to find and we had to park in a different garage than the one listed on the website because of street closure. Other than that, it was a nice stay of you don't mind the smell of urine in the streets of the big apple. Everything was within walking distance and there are many dining options. Bike rentals everywhere!

The hotel was a good choice for a quick weekend trip to NYC. Good location, walkable for sites along Hudson River (High Line, Pier 57, Little Island) as well as West Village, Flatiron, etc. Clean, nice services and very pleasant and helpful staff.

I was shocked by how extremely small this room was! We had a gorgeous view and the room was clean, but it was so tiny. There is no parking there, so they sent us to a 3rd party parking lot they recommend, which was $90 a night!! We found out later we could have parked closer for a much lower cost. This is within walking distance to the subway and a bunch of great restaurants, but I would probably not stay there again.

Liked the location. It’s very convenient and safe. We had room with skyline view. It was awesome. Rooms are very tiny. Toilets are compact and has sliding door that doesn’t fit properly. If you just need place to sleep, it’s great but spending time in room is not comfortable. Our TV didn’t work but we didn’t complain as we didn’t need it

Unfortunately n handicap accommodations or accessibility. No handicapped parking had to walk three blocks and very expensive. Small room and difficulty maneuvering around the room. Linen cage for housekeeping was in front of door at arrival and later blocked doorway even after informing the front desk. Was not informed of $100.00 deposit which I have not received back to date.

I didn't think there was anything special about this hotel, apart from the location. The breakfast is very mediocre. The room was small, with no dresser and nowhere to put your suitcase if more than 1 person.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. We loved our stay. We had a killer view and the location was good. Very easy to find public transportation. Penn station is in walking distance or a few minutes by subway. You can get to newark airport from penn station. I will stay here again.

First of all, the staff were all Very helpful and nice. We loved our room too. it was small, but perfect. The Hotel is in a safe location, basically in the middle of the city. It’s close to the subway, penn station or port authority is all in walking distance. Or better yet, the subways work well. All you need is an ATM and you can board the subway. My partner needed to do a zoom meeting, and needed a desk. He called the front desk, and they delivered a small desk to work on. Again, it was perfect, as the room, staff, amenities, and location. Location, location location… i will stay here again Thank you, for a killer stay…

The hotel is extremely well located, staff are super helpful and friendly. However the elevators are awful, it really ruined our time there - literally waiting 20mins one more ing, and I couldn't take the stairs (as many did from floors above 10) as I had a broken ankle and was in leg brace. It was dreadful and created chaos, and bad experience. The breakfast was lack lustre, and automatically included, which is annoying as there are so many great options within 2 mins walk.

Perfect location 15 min walk from the Empire State building and Penn station. Short walk to subway and Path, therefore all of NY is within reach. Views from most upper floors are just great: north towards Empire State and south towards financial district and Liberty statue (I was on floor 29th). Room on the smallish side but very comfortable. Breakfast fairly good, albeit breakfast room seemed a bit small: I got there early, but it was difficult to get a table by 7:30am.

Cheap and cheerful. Great location. That said, had an issue on check in that I should have gone back immediately to the front desk but the line was SO long...when I checked in, they told me my reserved king room was given away, I said I'd accept the room with two beds if they were queen size - she told me it was. Turns out it was two double beds - a little tight for my husband and myself. The two beds and space in between made it really hard to get around - you had to walk sideways around the other bed to access luggage or hit the TV on the wall. Also, it's a busy hotel given price and location - 4 elevators for 40 floors which get used by cleaning staff in the morning. Took 10 -12 mins to get to the main floor from only the 14th floor.
