This property is very nice and clean. It is small though. & they do not have irons if you need to iron your clothes, gotta bring your own. And also, the fire is no where for you to reheat food if you need to. Otherwise, it was okay. A little expensive to not have all of the amenities that cheaper places provide though.

We enjoyed this property for the convenience of walking to all the attractions we wanted to see. Great selection of restaurants and pubs in the hotel and your in the middle of Times Square if you can’t find anything at the hotel. View from the rooftop patio was worth it all!

We really liked the laid back vibe. Only thing we didn’t like was that a rep convinced us to incur an additional charge for a presentation on a timeshare that she didn’t fully explain and that we were not interested in.

We were not informed about how to get our room cleaned. the first two days our room was cleaned. Our third day no one ever came. I called housekeeping and they said they'd send someone right up. We left for an hour, came back, still not cleaned. I called the front desk, they said they'd send someone right up. they never came. We stopped a housekeeper in the hall and got fresh towels for the next day. Your staff called and apologized and offered 2 days of comp. We only got 2 days of resort fees comped????

The building is clean staff are polite food is good at hotel and plenty to eat in the city of course Pool is always a bit warm due to the sun exposure on the roof top also they have a few roof top bars great spot to hang out this building is great u have all you need here

I traveled with my baby and the hotel conditions made me feel super comfortable having him there with me. The room was very clean, quiet so we could rest and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be staying again!

Good location which is about 2 blocks from Times Square but this also makes for the surrounding area to be busy and very dirty. In general NYC is not dirty but Times Square is filthy.

Location was perfect. Took my wife to NYC for her 60th birthday. The hotel was walking distance to all the Broadway shows and close to the subway for everything else.

Clean and nice rooms with great views. Outdoor pool must be heated as it was nice and warm beginning of May. Walking distance to Times Square, Theater district and Central Park. Subway entrance across the street. Tour bus pick-up at entrance. Only complaint, was the elevators having a hard time keeping up with the amount of people needing to use it. Long wait times and cramped in the elevators. Would stay there again if going back to New York City.

Decor in my corner suite was beautiful! Floor to ceiling windows added spaciousness and city lights at night were beautiful to look at. A calm and peaceful experience. I wish I could have experienced all it had to offer…next time. Elevator wait was a bit extreme even with 4 elevators. Leave plenty of time to get up/down!

I loved this place !! Went for a birthday celebration with my husband. The only thing is that the room isn’t sound proof. You can hear other people and they can hear you also you can hear the police and firefighters at night. But other than that it was amazing I just slept with the tv on :)

The pool only being open until 4pm daily didn’t make sense. The food was average. Way too much fragrance in the cleaning supplies for the rooms. It was suffocating
