Quiet and convenient, close to all kinds of Chinese cuisine, and less than 5 minutes walk from subway station which can take you anywhere you want to go.

While it looks like a former apartment building that has been converted to a hotel, it is clean and serviceable. The staff is efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean, although they could use some updating. I had no trouble sleeping, my son found the bed uncomfortable. I was glad I brought my own bathroom amenities, because what was provided looked like an assortment of items collected from different places and was not useful. For instance, there was a tube of shampoo, but no shower gel or conditioner, although there was a very small bottle of body lotion. The included breakfast could have offered more variety. It appeared to me that the hotel is Chinese owned and is perhaps paying Ramada for the use of the name. It is located in the Chinatown of the borough of Queens (which I did not know when booking). The guests seemed to be overwhelmingly Chinese and the breakfast menu did cater to those preferences. However, the dining room was very clean and the wait staff very friendly and accommodating. My son loves Chinese food and was very happy with the receptionist's recommendation of a neighbourhood restaurant. Overall, I found it to be very good value for money and would certainly stay there again if I find myself in the area.

I have stayed here in the past and this place has gone so far down hill. The biggest issue I had here was on the third night cockroaches started appearing. The carpets are severely stained, moulding and trim on furniture and walls falling off. The wallpaper is peeling away. Water stains all over the furniture. The front desk personnel are extremely friendly and nice but house keeping didn't come once during our stay until after we checked out.

I really liked JK the manager, he was able to accommodate my room to a brand room, based that I was staying for 3 night, he did really care for me and for my business. I will recommend my colleagues there.

There is a strange smell to this hotel with plug inns all other the place. The room didnt have a clock and the phone did not work but it was plugged in. In room 504, the headboard is peeling.

This hotel is definitely disgusting and need to be updated. Beds were like sleeping on concrete floors, heat kept shutting off and room was freezing at night, safety door latch was broken, shower was like warm at best. Furniture was all beat up and terrible. The smell was gross and they tried to hide the smell with a glade plug in. Wallpaper peeling with black mold growing inside. Booked 3 nights could only stay one. Had to go to another hotel.

The Ramada Wyndham, has alot of upgrading to do if it wants to remain in business. The maintenance of cleanliness from house keeping which there was none. I was very itchy from the bed sheets as i know for sure they were not washed. The food was mediocre in the dining area. The room was run down, head boards were peeled out, carpet smelled moldy. The bathroom had not soap holder as it looked like it was ripped off. I felt that this hotel needs to be more specific in regards to where they hotel is located exactly also what to expect and not cauaght of guard.

The hotel's overall furnishing is too outdated. I was staying on the 5th floor but could hear the street noise. The A/C inside the room is also noisy. Front desk associates are friendly though.

When i booked room. the add showed and offer me 2 queen size beds. When i got there they said we only have double beds. So they offer me and extra bed for a price. So after looking at the room, which is a 2x4 there is no place or room for it. It will have to be set in the bathtube.

Could not check in early as I arrived on an early flight Had to wait for over 2 hrs till a room became available The room was fine apart from the warn bedstead with the plastic worn away which was very disappointing to look at The breakfast was nicer than expected which was a bonus

The staff was friendly and accomidating of my requests. The location was convenient walking distance from the 7 train and LIRR. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The furniture was old though and there wasn't a dresser to put my clothes into.
