This property had 2 functioning elevators for all their guests. Wait times for an elevator empty enough to get in was as long as 45 minutes. I even had to wait 20 minutes to get in an elevator to ride all the way up so I could have a spot going down. That took another 35 minutes to reach the floor I was trying to get to. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Also, the TV didn’t work and the walls are super thin. Will never return to this property.

The biggest issue was the elevators, especially in the mornings. Had to take the stairs several times up and down 23 floors. Room was old and outdated. The staff was terrific! Very helpful and courteous.

Hotel was a little outdated (which is fine), I liked the close proximity to Times Square and public transportation. Breakfast was good and rooms kept clean. Hot water took a bit of time for a couple of the faucets. 4/5.

We had the room with the kitchenette and pull out sofa, perfect for 3 people. The staff was really helpful, the breakfast was good and the subway was right across the street. Perfect for our first trip to NY!
