The room is a lot less fancy than what it looks like in photo. A bit overpriced- the toilet was also clogged and not working correctly as soon as we checked in, and the repair person was called by the hotel. Not great but it was clean.

We were very happy with the accomodations. One problem was the icemakers. They were horrible, did not work or were difficult to operate.

Convenient location close to MSG..it's a very busy hotel and the breakfast area was crowded. Staff are fairly nice given the high number of customers to serve but you are in NY, so it's all understandable.

The front desk staff was polite and expeditious. The floor was bigger than expected (but still small). The bathroom was pretty much at the foot of the bed. The shower was like a 3x3 stall, no room for much. There was a Smart TV which was cool. Overall nice stay. I’d come again.

The staff are nice, the property is very clean. Even though the bathroom is relatively new, the shower had low pressure and not very satisfying. The quality of the interior furniture is below average, but it’s noteworthy to mention again that it was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for short stays.

We stayed here for 2 nights and LOVED it! Excellent experience! We were in town for a concert at MSG and it was a 5 minute walk to the show! The room was tiny but cozy and the tv was awesome! Loved it!

Great location. Sometimes our room took ages to get serviced and we would get home at 3pm and it still wouldn’t be serviced. Breakfast was honestly horrible. If you want to have your breakfast going straight through you for an entire week, eat this breakfast. It was honestly terrible. But the location was great and our room view from the 33rd floor was incredible. Close to the subway and a 15 minute walk from Times Square.

Good Location, Very Good SErvice.
The location of the hotel was pretty good, subway station was closed. It is actually 2 hotels with one reception. The room was big enough relatively, and has a great bed, but there wasn't enough room to put our clothes (closet or drawers). We took a room with a city view- we recieved south facing window and it was amazing (So if you want to see the Empire don't forget to ask for it). All the staff we met during our stay was very kind and helpful but the elevators are horiible - have to wait for a long time, and that a lot of stops.

The hotel is in a very location, within walking distance to all main attractions and Penn station. Room was small but very clean and had everything you need. Breakfast options were very good.

The staff is kind and helpful. The area is perfect with easy access to the metro and walkable to main attractions like the Empire Estate and Time Square. We rented a room with double beds and the room is tiny and the bathroom worse. You need to be careful using the shower because you can get hit by the faucet in your back due to the reduce space.
