Style over substance sort of place, clean but no housekeeping service, have to ask for towels etc. and beds not made daily, and a coffee machine that only brews one cup every 4-5 minutes… disappointment for $500 per night but other than that a decent location, although we will try alternatives next visit.

Great location close to public transport options. Staff was phenomenally helpful and attentive. Room is very modern, and therefore a bit on the hard-edged side. Tech was intermittent.

Everything was excellent except someone on our floor was smoking marijuana that permeated our room and did not clear out for over 12 hours. Difficult to sleep and unpleasant in the morning. That was one night out of four. The rest of the time, we were grateful for the attentiveness of the staff and comfortable room. Very ideally located and walkable.

The Hilton Club is a beautiful property. The A/C in the room was ok, could have been colder. Also, the hotel should serve a continental breakfast on the club level for all guests. I would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in NYC with a perfect location and the KINDEST staff… you’ve found it! This hotel was clean, every single staff members was wonderful and helpful (first time to the city, so we had questions), and it is perfectly located for literally everything. 7 minute walk to Grand Central to catch the train, amazing shopping all around, 10 minutes tops from Time Square, 5 minutes from Rockefeller, 15 minutes from Empire State Building… everything we wanted to do was either close by or an easy train ride! Very safe! This will be our go to for future NYC trips!

Great location in the centre of Manhattan. This is the only hotel we have ever stayed that has never been cleaned or had a towel change. We stayed 4 nights. We were supposed to get a text explaining that service is only provided on request. This was never received. It was not explained at check in and it is not referred to in the guest service info which is pretty poor for a Hilton hotel.
