This is an excellent place to stay in the Newcastle area. The rooms are recently renovated and very nice. Rooms are quite large with a nice sitting area outside as well. Staff is very friendly and super responsive. Nights are quiet and everything in the area is only a short drive. Feels very safe.

Convenient to we’re I needed to be. Hated the skylight in middle of unit Sun up your up.(I like sleep in on holiday) Cockroaches in microwave, mentioned to staffed, stated they sprayed, but still there. Don’t really care Will not stay in the skylight unit again

A great stay and wonderful staff.
Received a really warm welcome and the room was great, spacious and well appointed. I learned of the earlier drama on check-in day where developers burst a water main nearby and how the staff worked hard to make sure everyone was able to enjoy a shower etc. I hope u enjoy the pressie left for you in the fridge. You earned it and then some. 😀 Thank you for everything - will definitely be back.

We were put in a disabled room which wasn’t practical for us. After showering bathroom floor was continually wet. Totally impractical. The view out our back sliding door was an overgrown neglected court yard. Also note stuck to wall I found very offensive.

Very friendly and obliging staff. Easy access to property and parking. Only negative thing is that it could have had an electric frying pan to allow cooking in the kitchenette. Other facilities 10 out of 10

Back filled dirt pool
We really enjoyed our stay it was just what was needed, the room was clean & tidy although I don’t understand why the pool was back filled with dirt they have a lovely bbq area there but the pool is dirt that confuses me 🤔

Very lengthy check in with dispute about pre booked and paid for room. The ‘receptionist’ couldn’t work the system and blamed Expedia and made me try to resolve it with virtual assistant on web site nearly one hour later the motel finally agreed to sort it out after the weekend when other staff were there and gave us a room. Unfortunately it was right next to the construction site building more rooms….no sleep in!

As soon as we turned up and walked into the room it reeked. The room was not a pleasant smell to the point we could not stay in the room. They couldn't even move us as they where booked out. Very disappointing and shame they can't cater to minimise the smell that has seeped into the room on the curtains, and in the mattresses. Let's say it stunk of BO full stop

We're so sorry to hear your negative experience. Definitely More should have been done to refresh the room before your arrival. Especially after long time driving. Unfortunately, there is no other room available being fully booked on that night. We will talk to each cleaning staff in this regard for future purpose.

All our beds are made up with triple white sheets, extra blanket and pillows also available inside wardrobe. Unsure what you mean by no linens? Anyway will definitely check the fridge as reported.

Overall it was fine, parking area was overgrown, so difficult to get out of car. Ants were into our food. 1 night stay, very comforttable beds and overall it serves it purpose. Will come back
