Location on Thames street is great for being able to walk to restaurants and bars. But also loud during the season because of the foot traffic coming out of the bars and restaurants all around the hotel. That died down by 1:30amish and is not the hotel's fault.

Very convenient location to be in the midst of Thames St. The hotel has it's own parking available for $30. a night while other area parking is $40. a night. There is a spot to park while you check in and they direct you to their parking very close by. The bathroom was recently redone and the room was clean.

Thie staff is great. The property is awesome. The location is directly downtown on Thames Street. There’s diverse shopping , dining and a fabulous coffee shop in the building. Love this place

This was our second stay here and it even exceeded the first. A beautiful historic building right in the center of all the action. Staff is always friendly, accommodations are clean and parking (which is notoriously difficult in Newport) is great. Thanks again. Will be back!

Front and cleaning staff were excellent, room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and the location was great along with the coffee and other shops in the hotel itself. Our only complaint was the walls were not very sound proof. We could hear every word of normal conversations the people next to us where having and also their TV at what seemed to be a normal volume was very much in our ears... thank god they went to bed before we did:)

It was very nice, but loud. We could hear our neighbors on both sides. We did not know about the additional charge for parking.

This place was in the heart of Thames area and I was here to run the Newport half marathon so I could walk wherever I wanted to. The room was large and clean but I was happy I brought tea bags with me because the cupboards were bare. If I were to come back I would stay here again as great location

Beautiful building in a great location to the wharf and restaurants. Short drive to the mansions. The two level units and spacious and comfortable. The walls are thin however and you may hear your neighbours.

Wonderful stay in the heart of beautiful Newport! Spacious, clean, rooms and friendly staff. Walkable to amazing restaurants and entertainment right on the water. Would highly recommend this property!

This was our first time staying here. We enjoyed everything about this facility except they charge you $30 a day to park. Also don’t expect to sleep soundly. The nearby pubs and bars are open until 1am. Doesn’t matter what floor you are on. All the hotels in downtown have this problem.

I've stayed here several times...always a great experience! This time unfortunately the toilet wasn't working properly--they dropped of a plunger at the door so we could fix it. I was surprised that they didn't fix it for us.
