The first night of our stay, we were entering the hotel from a side door, and I tripped on the entrance that was several inches above the ground. From above, it gives the impression that it's even with the ground, so it's really dangerous. I fell flat on my face, and I was bleeding from my nose and from several cuts near my eyes. I hope that you'll look into this situation, as it has caused me much pain and trauma. The door in question is near Room 101. Other than this problem, we really enjoyed our room. It was spacious, clean, and everything worked!

It was a bad experience, because we needed to sleep during the day, because our work is during the night and I asked them not to bother us while we slept and they didn't respect that and knocked on the door they wanted to enter to clean and they didn't let us rest
