"We were there for just one night, prior to a cruise. Getting a taxi the next morning was an issue, as there were 4 cruise ships in port. 14 Jul 2019The cost of onstreet local parking and overnight charges are steep . Remember to check otherwise its an expensive ticket. Several cars next to me got fined for a £1charge .

14 Apr 2019Newport is a lively town and still full of pubs and shops for a good look round. More cars than i remember as most places are nowadays but on the whole stil holds its charm and access to whole island
