We had a quiet night, we noticed the room was not that clean, bed has stain on it and windows are dirty full of dust and the bath room tub drainage has rust on it. The rest are okay.

Property was located close to attractions and entry into Canada. Did not like that this hotel refused to credit back-room charges for a date earlier in the same week. Stay was cancelled due to Delta Airlines flight delays. Hotel was offered the reason for the cancelling of stay, and given the option to use the 3 days stay booked on another trip, and not have to credit back the initial 3 day stay. They also refused that option. Be advised--this hotel does not give refunds if your stay is cancelled. They keep your money. A poor business practice that results in a poor review. Hopefully future customers will read this comment and reconsider staying at this hotel.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRONT DESK MANAGER TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERY DETAIL FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT TIME. HE ACTUALLY WANTED TO DO HIS JOB! GREAT MANNERS. NOTHING I DIDN''T LIKE TO NOTE. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. THE NIAGARA FALLS BLVD HAD PLENTY OF EATING PLACES. GOD BLESS

Staffs of hotel reception and dining room are very professional and very courteous. Their service is outstanding. Regarding my room 133, I had a flooded floor in my bathroom due to water leak between the wall and the bath tub. Management has been notified. Beside that, I had an excellent stay.

This hotel was great. The pool was wonderful, and the breakfast was perfect. The only thing that was slightly irritating was that the plugs weren’t able to be used by the lamp in between the beds. The plugs would not stay in the sockets. The only other complaint I have is there was nothing to plug the bathtub with. We had to use a washcloth. Otherwise we had a wonderful night.

Our room smelled extremely musty and by. The second am we were both stuffed up. The pool railing was loose and my friend fell!! Pool was very cool for an indoor pool. Breakfast was good but that was the only redeeming feature . Would not stayed again. Room and bathroom small!!
