This property is amazing. Our King suite room was beyond our expectations! It was very spacious and well laid out! (2 TVs, microwave, fridge, coffee, etc) Very impressive!
The bed with its fluffy pillows was very, very comfortable! The couch was also quite comfortable. It was nice and quiet too. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic as was the indoor pool! The breakfast was great too! Another stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. They were very accommodating from check-in through check-out!!
We were here for three days on a very special occasion and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel,, in-fact before we left we made another reservation for our second rendezvous right back here next month!

Over all great stay. New hotel and everything was very nice. Great pool and firepits. Took a very long time to have a room available for check in. Got there at 4pm didn't have a room ready until 7pm. Front desk informed me they were short staffed. Other then that, it was a great stay.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Loved everything except, stayed in a king room which is much smaller than the doubles. Construction, building, next to hotel.

While our king rooms are our most standard room type, we do also offer king suites that have extra space, as well as a pullout couch. The staff was very nice, we got in late, and they were able to accommodate with late food that hit the spot. Room was nice, comfortable, and quite. My wife loved the hot tub, and thought the bathroom was super. I have to say 5 star clean, would stay again!!!!

Clean and new hotel. Directly on the side of Mount Cranmore, big outdoor hot tub, bring your room key with you to get back inside. Breakfast was included and delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, make your own yogurt parfait, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, fruit, and coffee. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Plenty of hotel parking.

Such a great location and family friendly! Has everything you need for adults and kids! Super convenient for skiing and tubing and close to downtown North Conway! The bar and food was good - and so nice to have breakfast included and available until 10am! The kids love the indoor pool andddd outdoor hot tub! Roasting marshmallows by the fire outside was also a big plus!

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Love the outside hot tub. S'mores outside was a nice touch..Pool inside was on the cooler side which was a little disappointing. Overall will return again.

We take these matters seriously and we do sincerely apologize about your experience. Our stay at this property was quite pleasant! It is conveniently located to the local attractions but far enough removed to provide a peaceful retreat as well.
Upon check-in we realized the room we were given was not the same class we had reserved. When brought to the attention of management, the issue was quickly and more than adequately resolved. Our stay was for 2 nights. Breakfast was typical but we appreciated there were different options each morning. The pool and outdoor hot tub were refreshing. And the fire pits and complimentary s'mores were a nice way to end the day. It was understandably winter in NH, but a little more effort to clear the ice from the patio bricks surrounding the fire pits and hot tub area would have been appreciated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and will not only rebook, but recommend to others as well.

It was excellent. Service was great, very clean, descent breakfast food and fun activities for kids. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

The stay was very pleasant including the staff. The staff including Brian were very helpful and tried to do best and you really saw it. The only thing that was disturbing is the noise from the air conditioner which would even wake you up at night.

Brand new! Opened in February 2023. The room was flawless. The beds were comfy. The “Mountain View” was partial (which is fine). The bathroom is beautiful and the shower with the double glass doors was awesome and the toiletries are on point! The amenities were perfect. The only real thing lacking is the breakfast… it was included in our stay, but it’s only self serve items, and they are mostly sub-par. The main annoyance (which is everyone’s favorite) was the waffle mix. It legit took 3 minutes and counting for the mix to come out. Took less time for them to cook! Coffee was “meh” at best. BUT free not so great breakfast isn’t a deal breaker. We will just plan to head out for breakfast next time we stay. It’s at the base of a mountain with tons of activities! The indoor pool room is hot, the water was Lukewarm, the hot tub outside was a bit warmer. There’s a full mini-gym. There’s a small bar with a tender 5pm-10pm which is really cool. Great looking drinks! The location of the hotel is awesome! The desk staff are friendly and check in and out was quick! We will definitely stay here again.

A month before my trip I booked and paid for a king size bed non-handicapped room. I had photos of my reservation i took when booking. There were many room types available at the time of my booking. When i arrived at the hotel I was given the handicapoed room. I asked the two young women at the front desk for the non-handicapped room i had paid for. I was told all they had left was the handicapped room as they were fully booked. The handicapped room only had one desk chair for sitting. One of us had to sit on the bed in order to watch the tv. The stay was very uncomfortable. Food service was lax. There were no napkins, spoons, and food service trays were empty, the sausages were cold. It felt like they were trying to save money by only providing the minimum at breakfast. The building is only a few months old so the physical facility is in good shape, but it does not seam to be run very well.

We apologize for the mix-up with the handicapped room, unfortunately, those handicap rooms aren't separate from our normal room pools. Unfortunately, when we are sold out, we do have to rent those rooms still. All of our rooms only have one desk chair and generally one in the corner, regardless if it's handicap or not. We appreciate your feedback regarding the food service and will address these concerns with our team to ensure improvements are made.
