Dear Sheila, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. We apologize for the mix-up with the handicapped room, unfortunately, those handicap rooms aren't separate from our normal room pools. Unfortunately, when we are sold out, we do have to rent those rooms still. All of our rooms only have one desk chair and generally one in the corner, regardless if it's handicap or not. We appreciate your feedback regarding the food service and will address these concerns with our team to ensure improvements are made.
