"Staff were friendly at check-in, and explained all we needed to know regarding the hotel and bar. We ate dinner at the hotel, and the food was superb, chatting to chef after meal service had ended, it was obvious they take great pride in their food. The (family) room was very spacious for the two of us, and the corner shower cubicle in the en-suite bathroom was a generous size. Outside there is a secluded green with access to public moorings for Broads cruisers. All in all, a great place to stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this extraordinarily good-value, squeaky-clean, well-located hotel. I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others."

"The apartment is well equipped and the terrace a bonus with a sea view. Amazing for star gazing. Unfortunately was foggy and too cold to sit outside for long periods of time during our stay but ideal for summer evening drinks. Also it is right next to a light house so it will interfere with star gazing activities. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of channel choices for the TV. Also can't comment on the resort facilities as didn't use them. The onsite restaurant don't take food orders after 20:30. Staff were excellent, food was okay. My only complaint was the drains seemed to be a bit slow so whilst showering the water would cover your feet."

"Couldn’t fault the service throughout the whole stay. Catered well for gluten free. Everything we ate was totally delicious. Make sure you leave room for the huge puddings. Sunday roast was fabulous "
