"We had an Executive King Suite, this fully suited our need of three people with separate rooms of the sofa bed and coffee bar. The room was quiet and perfect location on the floor. Staff always helpful and courteous . This hotel is perfect location to everything. I recommend this hotel for location, vicinity to great restaurants, Eaton Centre , TTC, old Toronto. Good value."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed for a short stay. Staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was straightforward. The property felt convenient and practical, especially while travelling on a busy or stressful schedule. I didn’t use every amenity, so I can’t comment much on things like the hot tub or breakfast, but the basics were handled well. Overall, it was a solid stay and I’d consider booking again if I needed somewhere simple, clean, and reliable."

"I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. The hotel staff were not welcoming and rarely smiled when interacting with guests. In addition, it was very difficult to reach the front desk, as phone calls often went unanswered when assistance was needed. Good customer service is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, I felt that the level of service provided did not meet expectations. I hope management will address these issues and improve staff responsiveness and guest relations."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Pod Inn hotel, it was as I expected, there are various sizes, I had a single and for me it was ideal, nice breakfast, good location and easy access to downtown Toronto, St Patrick metro is behind, so easy to get around, walked to pick up my trip to the bus for Niagara, around 20 minutes to Ripleys Aquarium and the CN Tower, for St Lawrence Market and the Distillery District around 20 to 25 minutes. Get the UP Train from the airport to Union Station, then metro to St Patrick, ask anyone, I would highly recommend the property."
