"This is not a traditional hotel. You check in at a hostel (which was challenging to find, even with GPS), but if you have one of the apartments booked, it is not at that same location. In fact, our apartment was quite far from the hostel, and from friends of ours who we were traveling with - their apartment was also not in the same location as the hostel where we checked in. The hostel staff did not speak English, which was confusing when we were being told to follow a guy to the other part...

"Pedro was wonderful to work with. There was a sewer smell in bathrooms and downstairs so unable to use basement but because we had enough beds upstairs it worked. Pedro came immediately when we asked him to BUT We were hoping it would clear up the smell and fix the problem, we weren’t that lucky as it was not resolved. This is why the rating was lower. The house is functional and provided our needs"

"Buen lugar para desconectar y su ubicación permite visitar pueblos como Aranjuez y Chinchón y ciudades como Madrid y Toledo. Está ubicado en una urbanización y eso permite estar más tranquilos aunque es más complicado para ir a comprar. La casa es muy amplia y está cuidada y el dueño ha sido muy amable en todo momento con nosotros."

"House was clean. Large yard was nice. Location was in the middle of nowhere. Can't walk to anything. House lacking proper maintenance: broken drawers, kitchen needs caulking, cabinet repairs, lots of light bulbs missing, especially in bathrooms. No toiletry items (shampoo, soap). Glad it was only two nights."

"Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison ! La situation est idéale, au calme, la vue est totalement dégagée. Quelques trains passent au bas de la vallée mais ce n’est pas dérangeant ! "We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again."
