"The property divided into 2 areas. It appears to divided the guests into two unequal groups. One area seems to be much nicer than the other. Not easy to go from one to another."

"Great location. Easy walk to do many interesting things in Old Hanoi. Nice breakfast buffet or made to order. The staff is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. We left some luggage when we went on a tour, when we came back they had it in our new room. They will arrange anything you need. Great English. Thanks so much!"

"We arrived earlier than their check in time but they let us check in early anyway. The staff also helped to give us recommendations for places to eat and helped with directions, and they even gave us a deal when we bought a case of beer through them! Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful ad the facilities were great for the price of the stay!"
