"Great place to stay "

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"Good location, 1 block to grocery store and some restaurants. Walking distance to pier shops. You do have to cross a busier road to get to the beach which might be hard with kids but it was just fine for us. It was nice to have some beach equipment to use. Large living room to hang out in that opens to patio with sliding doors. I would stay here again."

"This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!"

"Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure."

"Excellent condition. Very clean. There was a continuous electrical noise coming from a locked wall cabinet in the bedroom which disturbed us somewhat."

"Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."

"This is a great location with many things to do in walking distance. Parking is really the only problem if you have more than one vehicle but overall great little place."

"This was a nice apartment, but it could use some updating. The complex itself is in great need of updating, as the walls and carpeting in the hallway were very dirty and warn out. The apartment unit was in pretty good shape. We were there for an Expo at the fairgrounds and it work great for us."

"Great apartment and perfect location. Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views....Would recommend! We did have an issue that required help from Vacasa. The gate on the garage door closed on our rental car and caused major damage. Vacasa was easily reached but never followed up with us after couple of calls and several texts. I just wished the follow up would of happened and at least show a little concern."
