"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back"

"We had a wonderful stay...the views really are fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet, parking right in front of the cottage or right across the street was never an issue, and the entire property is quite comfortable. There is a perfect small sitting area in the back bedroom for reading or getting work done. I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out.
