The staff and service was excellent. They were very attentive and diligent. The room was spacious and beautiful but the toilet Leaking and the microwave kept on Not working. The elevator did shut down for about an hour, which was very difficult for my disabled mother to get to breakfast one morning. I did vioice my concerns and the staff was very accommodating. They was able to fix the microwave, but we did not get help with the toilet. I just believe the upkeep of the hotel needs to be addressed and updated with their maintenance. The housekeeping service and the food attendant was definitely up to par. Great staff overall! But I would not consider returning in the near future.

What I liked about it was the convenience of it being near everything that I needed, and close to where we were visiting family. What I didn't like was that the premises was easy to pass by because of a sign not visible out in the front of it to let you know that they were right there on the corner. I will book again because of the convenience.

The front desk representative was very unwelcoming and not helpful. He said very little and didn’t make eye contact. He handed me my room key and a welcome letter that i realized after I got to my room was the in Spanish. I don’t speak nor read Spanish so I didn’t know that I needed to ask for the room to be serviced the next day or when breakfast was served. Overall the hotel property and rooms were run down.

When we were checking in, it was very late and i wanted to buy water. I commented multiple times that i wanted water. Seeing that they were out of stock in the case, i asked the clerk and he started that they must be out. Then i asked if there was another way to get water....FINALLY The front desk clerk told me me that there was a water station in the darkened food area. I got it there. Maybe the guy was tired. He could have been a little more proactive.

The 2nd floor had a strong smell of weed. While this might be part of some people's vacation, it just down right stank to us. Also, our feet and socks turned black when walking around our room without shoes. There was mildew on the ceiling above the shower and in some areas around it. Not sure how the hotel rating was as high as it was when we booked. Felt mislead.

Pros: Price, comfortable bed, good size room, the woman working the breakfast area was great. Cons: No maid service for a 4 day stay, I even called and requested service but still nothing. In 4 days I saw someone at the front desk once. I had to call out for someone when I checked in, and it took a couple of minutes for someone to come out.

When I pulled the edging open to hop in after a long day of travel, the sheets were speckled with black dirt. I called the front desk. The woman was very rude and ignorant. No apologies. While checking in at about 9pm there was no one at the front desk and then when the person came out they were talking. I thought they were talking to us but they were on the phone with someone speaking using their AirPods or something like that. It just seemed unprofessional. Otherwise everything else was okay.

We arrived around 4pm and check in is at 3:00 but no rooms were ready or available, so we had to wait. There is zero housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and toiletries.

The beds were not very comfortable for us, which is preference as they were too firm. The bathtub was stained, possibly from water, and the tub faucet was loose making it difficult to switch the water to shower. The area in general was noisy with cars racing around revving engines and back firing all night and day. That being said, the staff were all friendly and helpful at all times.

Worst Experiece in Years
I arrived at the hotel around 10:30pm for a funeral on monday 5. The front desk person gave us a room on the third floor and the pull out bed sheets were dirty. Came down to the front desk and the employee gave me another room that was not none or clean. Came back the third time and gave me another room and the pull out bed was without sheets or pillows. It was close to 1am and still looking for a clean room. All the employee did was apologize and offer me a bottle of water. He told me that left a note to the manager which never contacted me. I worked in the hospitality bussiness and I know how it works. Also the elevators and hallways had a funky smell. The only positive was the lady who works at the breakfast kitchen. I stayed at best western for many years and by far the worst experience in years.
