I like the clean and staff service. I recommend a better options for Breakfast, I went to this Hotel several years ago and they had more variety of food versus now. For the rest is a best option Hotel.

I was very conformable staying this hotel. And it also provides free shuttle service to four of main parks very convenient. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time.

The room look wonderful, but after a few hours we noticed a spot on the floor by the fridge was wet. Then my morning the hole area was sopping wet. There is a overwhelming smell in the lobby as you walk in and it triggered our allergies. Breakfast looked great, but the potatoes and the sausage had a spicy flavor not at all kid friendly unless your young kids like spicy food .

Wonderful in every way - just perfect for a visit to Walt Disney World! We were delighted by the warm and friendly service, comfortable rooms, and tasty breakfast. Also really handy to have free parking right outside the hotel.

The front desk staff were so wonderful and welcoming, polite and friendly. The young lady at the desk explained to me about the Disney transportation and how to use it to make our arrangements on my phone and was so patient to make sure I understood. Super kind!!

Very impressed with the staff and how assertive they are to take care of the property. The free breakfast and free parking was a large bonus to our stay and $20 a day wasn’t bad for a resort fee. Being a sister hotel of the caribe royale was very nice due to it being in walking distance and the ability to use their amentites.

This was a lovely property close to Typhoon Lagoon. Rooms were very spacious. I would stay again. My only caution would be it has a strong scent if that is a concern.
