I loved the pool and everything they had to offer in the hotel and they were very on top of things but I did notice some dirtiness, like the sheets and the shower wouldn't flow properly because of it being clogged.

Our overall experience was pleasant and we will certainly consider coming back again. The buffet breakfast provided lots of options. The pool area was clean and lifeguards were attentive. There were two occasions where the pool area was rowdy, out of the '9 days we were there but management was great at handling conflicts. Living rooms were clean, and provided variety of towels, tissue, two conditioners to shampoos and two soaps. Also there is a gift shop/store on the property that was open late night that had everything you could imagine they were fairly priced. There was also a bar and a restaurant. For us it was about 15 minutes to magic Kingdom, a little over an hour to Legoland. 1 hour 20 min from Daytona and 2 hours from Clearwater. Other attractions that were close by that we visited where Disney springs, icon park, an airboat ride, and Nona lake adventure Park all within about 30 minutes. You're also about 30-40 minutes away from the airport.

We were really shocked by this place. Yes it’s old and outdated but the room was big and decent for the price. Wish they had more then one hot tub so can be adults and then kids. The worst thing trying to be in hot tub and a bunch of kids jump in and throwing around a ball in the hot tub. Other then that it was good

Easy check in, clean, free coffee and breakfast with Expedia. The pool and lazy river were clean and lots of fun for the kids. Walmart and restaurants near by. We stayed for our Disney vacation and will return.

The property was nice but the vacationers were extremely noisy. When I called the front desk nothing was done to stop the banging on our door or the running in the hallways at 11pm. There are cameras throughout the property so I am sure staff saw what was happening. These same people all all made being in the pool unsafe with the cannonballs they were doing. A bus load of vacationers took over the property and made it unpleasant to be there. I would not go back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable! I would say the only downside was we were there on a Friday night and some of the other guests were less than desirable! All in all it was a great hotel for the money!!
