"Charming hotel in an excellent location, a few minutes away from the main square. Even though San Blas is a very lively part of Cusco, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The room wasn’t luxurious but was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfasts were good and the views over Cusco from the restaurant were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back! "

"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

At the time of checking in, we mentioned we had a flight to catch early in the morning and we won’t be having breakfast from the hotel due to that. "We rented an apartment adjacent to the property and enjoyed having enough space considering most places were much smaller. Would have enjoyed art on the walls would have made the place cozier but plain white walls made it less appealing. Also, kitchen was empty, no glasses, no plates, no cutlery and we ran out of toilet paper on the second day. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. "
