"Great experience! Claudia is a wonderful host. We had a spacious apartment with a well-appointed kitchen and excellent bathroom. "The view from our apartment was spectacular. The kitchen was adequately equipped. It would have been nice to have had a microwave oven. Martina was very responsive to our needs. The initial trip to the apartment was challenging but it didn’t take long for us to adjust to the drive. It is a short distance to downtown. We hope to visit Ortisei again."

"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could!
