Amazing view, decent sized room, very clean, excellent customer service. The free shuttle bus to and from the stations was a huge help

Good hotel in Osaka
I really want to say. I am very enjoy staying in this hotel. It is convenient to the train for famous spots in Osaka. The staffs in hotel is polite and service is professional. I love it.

The property is a bit of a walk for those carrying luggage and if travelers are new to the Osaka area. Expect to be moving your luggage for 20 minutes or so to reach the hotel. There is a shuttle service available to and from the hotel, but may be difficult to locate for first timers. Overall, staff was friendly and very communicative.

It was nice having a free shuffle to the subways ! Only thing I didn’t like is the rooms are very dry ! My nose is all dry from the heat … bad that they don’t have a humidifier for the room.

Hotel room was surpisingly big with a nice view of the Osaka castle. Very clean rooms and nice and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

A well looked after and clean hotel with friendly staff. We paid a bit more for a room with a view of the castle and I can definitely recommend doing so

Great location for visiting Osaka Castle during the Cherry Blossoms season. I recommend getting a room with a view to the Castle. Staff was helpful and friendly. They kept my lagguage before check-in. There is a shopping mall near but other than that there's not much to do around.

Had the view of the Osaka Castle, absolutely stunning! Felt welcomed by staff and easy to communicate. Only a 12min walk to the Osaka loop line. Will definitely recommend to others 10/10!

Room with a (Castle) View
KKR Hotel Osaka would be an excellent value on the merits of the surprisingly large room and hotel facilities alone, but the castle view makes it an absolute steal. Be sure to take advantage of the hotel shuttle if traveling via Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka station, as it's a long walk from uphill from the nearest subway station. Enjoy a latte or a float from the Cafe Atrium, then admire Osaka Castle across the street. As you settle in for the night, enjoy incredible views of the castle. I would absolutely stay at KKR Osaka again.

Location, location, location! When I booked I had no idea it overlooked the castle. It was a wonderful surprise. The room was very spacious with a fabulous view of the castle and grounds. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the nearest station. The staff were very professional, efficient and kind.
