"What is so unique about this property is the fact that it is very clean and upscale. What I don’t like about the property is the front desk staff. They seem always overworked and stressed. This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. They speak English but you can’t understand them because of their accent. "

"Station's are close by and there are more than enough places to eat on the same street as the hotel. Very close to transport. Rooms are quite small and can be an issue for opening big suitcases but it is very manageable. The bathrooms and shower are amazing the massage chair is great too and the property gives you towels and water daily"

"Great location to stay in Tokyo. Once we realized that the hotel is directly connected to Shiodome station (don’t even have to go outside), our commute to different areas was a breeze! Mandatory room cleanings every 3 days were nice and hotel was clean overall. We opted out of breakfast buffet since there is a Lawson / 7-11 right near by as well as cafes in the train station for a quick bite. Overall would recommend mostly for the location convenience. "The room was great, very spacious and well-suited to a family. In particular, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - this point alone would make me stay again. However, the one letdown in the room was the fridge - it is actually set at too low a temperature, so anything left overnight starts to freeze. A bit strange. Also, when checking in, the staff member asked me for some kind of "token" for my baggage, which was supposed to match a token he had in his possession. I had no idea...
