Very disappointing
To get approval to stay was so complex with passport photos for all and then after that selfies with passport photo required which was very odd. Then on arrival the Klevio electronic key didn’t work Despite many attempts. The key box had been ripped off the wall. The external part of the house was appalling. Finally soneone came and let me in. The WiFi didn’t work and phone signal poor. The garden was full of weeds with burnt out wood wall shelf. The dishwasher didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. There were no welcome instructions. The upstairs tap would soak your clothes when turned on. The toilet leaked. No where to hang clothes.
The cleaners had done a good job but the house in general was run down with wallpaper peeling off/tiles not fitting/ damaged walls. Very poor
