"excellent location, 8 adults, used grill w/ excellent kitchen, except coffee maker (Bunn) - could not get it to function. Great deck, bedrooms , bathrooms - all perfect. Never felt crowded. All beds - extremely comfortable ! Kitchen well supplied W/ all necessary utensils. Didn't use TV's - because other people were on the network (too many users)"

"Great property, easy walk to the beach. House was cleaned, had towels, toys for the pool, and most convenient a push cart to take items to and from the beach. They even has beach chairs for us to use. We vacation to Pensacola every year, and this was the Best house, and property we have ever stayed at. In addition, we had a small issue with the A/c one afternoon. And it was fixed within an hour or so. The owner was great to deal with, and truely cared about our experience! 5 Stars!"

"We enjoyed the home. We were able to rest and unwind with our daughter and grandbaby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Nice distance from the beaches. Discovered our grandbaby hates the sand. Maybe next time she will enjoy it more!! I wish the dock was repaired to have enjoyed."

A quick getaway
"We stayed here a few years ago and absolutely loved it, so when I was searching for a room and found out they had availability I knew this is where I wanted to stay. They have paddle boards and canoes, a private beach and a pool. They even have a driver with a 4 person cart that will take you to local spots at no charge with the exception of tipping the driver. Restaurants are within walking distance and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will be back."
