Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

Now we know that most hotels in the city have no parking available, however, John at the Hotel directed us to a safe parking place at another location. The breakfast was wonderful, with excellent and friendly staff. All areas were very clean and well-kept, and our room was perfect.

"I often use this hotel because it is very close to Central Line. It is comfortable and has an onsite restaurant. It's functional and has all the amenities for a shart stay.
