Rather Disappointing
Only one person available to handle check-in and they were tied-up quite awhile with another couple asking for special arrangements to accommodate friends arriving the next day. Despite low occupancy rate, room was right off the lobby area and ground floor. Was advertised as having a balcony - implies at least one floor up. We were told nothing else was available even if we wanted to pay more. No coffee maker or water boiler in the room. Again, advertised with but we were told through "corona measures" the hotel decided to eliminate them from the rooms. I would have at least expected other arrangements such as coffee in the lobby but nothing was done to resolve the situation. Check-out was again a very long process - just one clerk to handle several people. Buffet was mediocre but many items were not covered and had stood open for some time. Service was good. Location was excellent but be aware that use of masks on the promenade appeared to be haphazard. Very limited parking available at the hotel with no alternative options provided. Given the alternatives in Morro Jable we were disappointed and will look elsewhere in the future.
