"Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....

"We enjoyed our stay in room 3014. It was clean, updated, and no noise was heard from outside. Safe area to walk at night. Beach in walking distance. Publix supermarket right across the street. Room includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave small eating area. All basic kitchen items were included, as well as Beach towels and chairs, basic toiletries and blow dryer.
