Super clean and friendly. A lot of Germans so as a Brit we were in the minority. Walls are thin between rooms so you can hear next door but that wasn’t an issue. Would stay again perfect

Items went missing from our room after it had been cleaned, small cheap items, i might not have noticed if we hadnt just bought them, water stopped working on one of the days we stayed, some staff were helpful others were very unhelpful, bar staff wouldnt even let us have a tub of ice for our room for our drinks.

Very noisy
We didn’t realise when we booked this that it was in a very noisy / lively area I’m sure if you were younger this place would be great. We couldn’t sleep due to guests on balconies all night up. The breakfast / brunch was available till 1.30pm which I thought was very good for guests.
