"My relatives came to town for my son's wedding, they stayed at the property for 7 days. First of all, the place was very clean, and kitchen has all the stuff we needed. Second, the location is great, it's close to freeways, and short drive to most of the major attractions. And last, but not the least, Chris was a great owner. He respond to our question/request promptly, and was very flexible with our earlier check-in. We definitely will rent again!"

"It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. "Great property. Unfortunate beginning to our stay. I had requested (and manager confirmed)an early arrival (a couple of hours early). When we arrived (the door was not locked) residence was trashed--garbage everywhere. Nothing cleaned. No one in site. VRBO did send a cleaning squad as soon as they could and paid for our dinner out while the home was cleaned. But the arrival left a bad impression."

"The property could not be opened when I arrived. I was asked to break in using a side entrance. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied.
