Check in, I had to wait for a life time just to check in..first room we were given had rubbish everywhere..it would be best to check rooms for Sr before sending guests up.

Good for budget stay
It was great but bed wasn't comfortable as they didn't give us double mattress, they gave us two single in a double bed frame. It was a shame.

I have stayed at this Appart hotel once before. As before I found the female members of the reception staff friendly and helpful, but the male members of staff sullen and truculent (there was even a blazing row between a male member of the reception staff and the security man in front of the customers on the evening of the 26th - have they had no training?) The rooms are a good size and reasonably well equiped. As with the last time I stayed - in a different room , of course - the shower leaked badly, i.e. when you finished and stepped out of it the whole bathroom floor was flooded. I presume they are all like this and its some sort of design fault. they have also gone the same route as other hotels I have stayed in with the climate control i.e. there isn't any. you cannot cool the room down. only turn the radiators off. This is useless on hot days and nights. During our stay the local council decided to do loud roadworks outside the hotel from 1am to 6am (presumably because the traffic would be less then). I appreciate that this is not the hotels fault and is out of their control, but , due to the lack of air conditioning control our choice was to bake all night or open the window (they only open a crack) and be deafened - neither of which is conducive to getting any sleep. Also the worst problem for the business traveller is the abysmal wi-fi. It should be free , and work through the whole building.Not just in reception (on our dates it didn't even work there!)

Close to paris and you have all stuf you need.
room is conftable, but you have to clean kitchen yourself and take out trash on your self. All services are payant. But nice stay at good price.

Needs some improvements.
Didn't give us a extra blanket or pillow upon request... Just blatantly said no. Underground parking... considering the price of the hotel .... should be included as well as free WIFI... Little charges should be complimentary. The rooms we're small as well.

paid for twin room and sofa bed.arrived to be told they did not do sofa bed at that hotel.also was double bed instead of twin room.i was staying with a female friend twenty five years younger than me and this made things slightly awkward.reception was not very helpful.i would definitely not reccomend this hotel.

Short stay near paris
We stayed here as an extra day on a business trip, was further out of the city than we realised but no hassle getting back in. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great rooms

This is my 4th stay at this Appart'City hotel and as usual all my needs were met. I'm accustomed to the none wifi service hence a acquired a dongle from my phone provider on my arrival. Despite all the poor reviews I would recommends this hotel.

I've traveled all over the world and this by far is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in I would never stay here again ever!!

Could be a bit better
I have stayed at this hotel before, about a year ago and was kind of expecting things to be a bit more improved, but no, I was disappointed. The wifi is still not available in the rooms as advertised, just only available in the lobby, but for a €25 security deposit and €2 daily you can try your luck with one of the routers available at reception. But the two I tried were broken. If you book a double room expect to receive a room with two singles pushed together with a quite uncomfortable ledge in the middle. Is it too much to put something in the bed to cover this. I mean if I wanted to sleep in a single bed I could just go stay with my parents lol. kind of deceptive advertising. The area that the hotel is not bad, I think maybe that the posters before me are a bit too sensitive. Just because you live in a bit of a rundown area does not make you more likely to be a criminal. Aren't the real criminals rich e.g bankers and politicians eh. It's okay I walked around the entire area all day and late into the night several times and wasn't bothered once. And I'm a small guy too. Be brave grow a pair. It's cheap easy to find book it if your a bit frugal like me....

Hotel overall was ok except for the window in our room that hardly opened. Making it almost unbearably hot. The hotel staff were nice and most spoke English which was helpful. The area the hotel is in has a dodgy feel and we did not feel safe walking around at night. Room servicing only happens every 7 days so we used the same towels for 5 days and had to ask for more toilet paper as needed. WiFi only available in the lobby. Entry to the hotel was intimidating with smashed glass doors two security guards and a muzzled dog. Work out your route from the station before you arrive as it can be tricky. Citymaps2go is a great offline maps app. Just download your cities before you leave home. Overall 3 stars.

A Good Cheap Option for the Paris Air Show
We stayed for the Paris air show. For this it was fine. Relatively cheap, perfectly comfortable, small kitchen in the room. 5 minutes walk to the bus station with a cheap short bus ride to Bourget RER station and the shuttle to the show. Also, a quick (20 mins) Metro ride to central Paris from the same place. Downside is the only commerce is a very down at heal centre commercial with McDonalds as easily the best food option (though there is a sushi restaurant actually at the hotel if that is your thing). The area is edgy and the hotel has visible security. The main door was smashed in on day 1 and on day 3 we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night and no-one taking charge, day 4 children woke us up at 0630 ringing room bells. It was hot and stuffy, but no a/c was known. The room itself was clean and smart and the beds comfortable. Reception were friendly but never in any great rush to help. Did what we wanted but hard to recommend for anything else.

As far as my stay was concerned there was no particular concern. Nevertheless, I was surprised to notice that there was no internet service provided in my room. I was told to always come down on the ground floor in order to access internet with my laptop or other devices I had at my disposal. On the other hand, there was no room service provided. No daily change of bed sheets. I was not briefed about it.

Nice clean room, good price
Nice little room for a tourist who doesn't wan't to eat at restaurant all day. Everything accessible for cooking. Rooms were clean but the rest was not as good looking. Staff was not to friendly neither. Even if it's a little outside of the tourist places, it was easily accessible by metro within 20min.

The service were absolutely disgusting. I had an issue with the shower which flooded the room and I was in my towel ready to get dressed to go inform the staff before I got chance a furious man was nearly knocking the door down when he was knocking so I answered and said I needed t to get dressed and I would let him in and explain. He refused to wait and he pushed his way in my girlfriend felt very intimidated as she were in her towel also I felt this were very disgraceful behaviour. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. I found it disgusting we only got 1 towel each for 5 days and they would only give us one toilet roll which were more like half a toilet roll. I have never been so utterly disgusted the area was not up to much either plenty of beggars and ignorant people. Have fun and good luck to anyone who stays there u will need it

Close to public transport, the room was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was handy, I was able to purchase items at the nearby supermarket and cook. Overall a reasonable place to stay. Very poor wifi however.

First of all, this is the worst place I ever stayed in my life. The room was nothing like they showed on the website. Its not an apartment just a hotel room with a kitchen.The television did not work- there was only three towels in bathroom, one of which was dirty. My room was up extremely high on 10th floor and the windows open with no screen or balcony so it was very dangerous. No heat or air. You have to pay hotel taxes when you first arrive, and no wi-fi in the rooms. Wi-fi only in lobby which only had two very uncomfortable sofas to accomodate too many guests.So if you wanna use Wi-fi you might have to sit on the floor. Breakfast cost 9 euros EVERYDAY! Bobigny is a HORRIBLE neighborhood. Need I say anything else ? this was a horrible hotel. Will never stay there again !

Dear Sir, Please below the trauma faced Navin Prasad - Director of Cuisine Oct 22 (7 days ago) to me Dear SIr I have just come out of my most miserable hotel experience in my life. As you are aware i am not new to travel and staying in hotels. The hotel Appart city ,Bobigny takes the first prize for the worst. On arrival i was greeted by a rude French lady who refused to answer any questions and delayed the check in process for 25 minutes. She asked me tp Pay Euro 393 / for which i told her that the room has already been paid for.But she would not listen and after repeatedly telling her and showing her the booking forms she told me either pay or leave. This was unacceptable. After i paid i asked her for a room key and she said " We have run out of room keys" .To make matters worse she said go upstairs and wait near your room and the security will come and open.After travelling at a stretch for 15 plus hours this is the last thing you expect. I could also see that the two people in the desk were dealing with all guests in the same manner. Not an ounce of hospitality. The room itself was apologetic with the bed cover barely covering the mattress. I didn't bother complaining as i was sure this would be of no use. To top it all the hotel has no internet in the rooms as its has been broken for two weeks.The only available internet was at the small reception area wher there were about 25 people sitting ant trying to get connected. Very good value for what we paid, clean and modern and had all the essentials. Parking was good but the hotel was a bit difficult to find. The surrounding area is a bit rough, good transport links into the centre of Paris but definitely would be cautious of travelling back too late, one night decided to get a taxi instead of risking it which cost around 30 euros. Good hotel if looking for a basic and cheap place to stay.

worst service I have ever seen
I wanted to give it 1 star, but finally I decide to give it "terrible" a) The hotel lady was really terrible. When we checked in, she said she is unhappy and wanted us to talk with her next day. b) The hotel lady gave me the room key and I found the room B915 was ocupied by a lady, very embarassing. Then I went back to the lady and she gave me a new key tot he other room B910. c) On second day, I was knocked awake at 1:00AM by the hotel man. He asked why the room B915 is ocupied by me. I told him the story happened last night and tell him the room was ocupied by other customers. She checked and said sorry and there is no problem with us. d) When we checked out, the hotel people still want to charge room B915 to us and also want to charge extra because our room is dirty. They never cleaned our room during our 3 day stay. e) On 2nd day, I talked to the hotel man that I paid for 3 days and have already stayed for 2 days and asked if I could leave for one day and then come back for 3rd day. He checked room availability and said it was OK and said he had booked for me. But when I went back to the hotel to check in for 3rd day, the hotel lady said I still need to pay for the 3rd day. f) I tried to borrow an iron board and iron, I was alwayd told to come back later... The entire experience was bad.

Unorganized managment and one bad experince
I have stayed in this hotel many times before, and this time like others after initially booking 2 nights i extended my stay 2 times for a total of 2 weeks. This time though one night at 23:30 at night a reception worker (may have been the manager even) kicked on my door with a security telling me i must evacuate the room since i did not pay! o/c this was total bs and if he bothered to check his computer he could see that i made a new booking and payed for it that morning already! i did not have a pot in my room and asked for one, received it a full week later after i asked several times. room did not have any soap and when i asked for soap i was told they did not have and i need to provide it for myself. Every time i visit the hotel it seem to be going downhill and after booking this hotel over 13 times in the last 6 months, i will not be using it again, there are plenty of other hotels in the area in the same price range and a little more organized.

I reserved a double bed room in this hotel. When I arrived to the reception they were poor in kind and respect. They changed the price also they gave me twin single room which made me angry and urgy person. After I get inside the room my partner scared from the germ and flaying animals. The area where the hotel is fare away from central paris more than 25 km. they are not hones. Don't go to this bad hotel. I would give no star at all.

Impossible to sleep
The noise from highway was so loud that makes it impossible to sleep, with hot weather and no cooling makes it even worse, have to keep the window open to get ventilation. The hotel is new, not completely finish, but the interior room finishing were worn out/mistreated by renters. Construction noise from next building starts at 6:00 am.

Great value for money.
After we had read the other reviews we decided to stay here. It was a bit hard to find because there is some renovation work going on out the front. Front reception were really helpful and the room was large with a nice kitchenette.There is a supermarket close to the Metro station. Was noisy from the traffic on the main road and the window opened but there was no fly screen. Appart'City was is only eight minutes walk to the station and within 30 minutes train ride into Paris. Good accommodation for those on a budget. Not recommended for those who are expecting hotel service such as daily cleaning.

Great Hotel. Convenient Location for Metro.
Really enjoyed our stay, Location good for metro. Clean, tidy hotel. Modern. Needed welcome book/instructions. Internet only in reception but good. Had no trouble with the neighborhood. Enjoyed stay.
