On Saturday whole day was tremendously noisy because our neighbours on the same floor was banging the doors We could not sleep well did inform reception but nothing was done

This was really convenient for Paris, the metro is very good when you get to grips with it, follow the colours 😉. We visited most landmarks and found Bois Colombes train station suited our needs only 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Close to some stores for a quick bite and also near the train station. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The only thing is they didn’t change the bedsheets and linens and we stayed there for 6 nights. And we need to asked to change the towels.

It is too hot in our room. For 3 nights of staying I am ended up sweating and can't sleep. The double bed is too small for 2 persons. The washroom has no water on it. Only tissue. The location is too far from city center though 4 minutes walk to the bus station, it still takes so much time to be in Paris hot spots.

I was asked to pay a fee on my first night, which was £50. I was told it would be on hold until my last day staying at the hotel and would receive the amount back. However, it’s been a week since I’ve been back from my holiday and I still haven’t received my money back.

I'd return here on another trip. The metro into Paris adds time to your day, but it was never an issue. Noise is the only factor we contended with, but even that was not a deal breaker.

It was an excellent service. I was allowed to check in earlier than planned for free. That saved me alot. Close to the train station.

Great place make sure you book rooms based on flights . They don’t do early check in. The women workers downstairs are rude, the men are more helpful . Convenient store next door pizza shop across from it it’s in a good location walks away from train station

The room was big and the bed very comfy. It is also very close to the metro so you can get to central Paris in 15 min or so.

Nice but noisy
The accommodation was very comfortable clean and very well appointed. Lovely bathroom facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful BUT we were awoken on all three nights by very noisy guests shouting in the corridor at one or two in the morning. Then again at six a.m noisy inconsiderate guests being loud. We won’t stay again which is a shame as such a nice hotel.

The property was a little farther than the 15 min drive it stated. It was 25-30 minutes at a cost of $20 Euro each way to central Paris.
