Good condition except they dont allow guests any HBAC control, not even fan. And they kept it hot with only a duvet and no sheets.

Very nice hotel rooms are a bit small but pleasant.Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was whe bathroom was used at night the light illuminates the bedroom ,perhaps a blind would help

Of course it’s Paris ! Never expect a big room to stay. All you do is be organized so you can move around but overall all , it was a nice hotel, the area is safe, many bars, bakeries and restaurants around the area including Oriental restaurants. The Team of staff are wonderful, very helpful especially “ Ms. Camille” who is very helpful, accommodating and always with a big smile. I highly recommend this hotel . Thank you .

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were excellent. Very small rooms and shower was super tiny but we know it was excellent for the price. The giant dildo store next door was a bit of a surprise and made us laugh

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered good variety. It was close to the Parmentier Metro which got us to everywhere we wanted to go. Room had great AC for the scorching days we were there, but the room and it’s shower were tiny.

I stayed for 4 days in this hotel, they have never topped up the coffee and mineral water, not even changing the tower or the garbage can. The staff is also very unfriendly.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was small but it was all we needed and it was clean. Very close to the metro, nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood too. I would definitely stay again in the future. It also felt safe.

Great stay, great hotel, wonderful staff!
Great hotel for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. AC and wifi worked great. I have no Complaints at all. It was a perfect jumping off point for our week in Paris. Would definitely stay here again.

I needed a place to stay at the last minute and this was available, a comparable price, and well-rated. The place was well-cared for, clean, and staff by helpful multi-lingual Parisians. No problems with online booking, wifi, or payment. Unfortunately internet said AC but our didn’t work (but I also didn’t ask for help so maybe I just clicked the wrong thing). Very small space but the surround areas were 5 stars!!! If I moved to Paris, I would move to this area. Mostly saw Parisians instead of mostly tourists, but close to many very cool walkable sights like Marche De Enfants Rouges, Musee Picasso, Cemetary, other random market, all the bakeries of your dreams, and Metro to the rest :)

Excellent stay. Cozy and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We walked everywhere and always found it convenient to get around from. Great selection of restaurants right across the street including African and Lebanese.

It was great, the only thing is that it was a bit noisy the room, late night and early morning there was a lot of noise on the hallways. Aside of that it was excellent

Very cute hotel with an elevator! Rooms are on the smaller side but well-appointed and having front-desk staff around 24/7 was great for early arrival and departure. Easy access to transportation and lots of eateries.

Pros: -1 block away from the metro -tons of restaurants within walking distance -grocery store, laundry within 2-4 blocks Cons: -extremely loud location, noisy into late at night -very small room, no way for 2 people and suitcases to fit properly -bed very uncomfortable -a little overpriced given the location and size

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside. Plenty of restaurants and boulangeries nearby. The lift was very small and the shower was not sealed at the bottom so the water leakedcontonthe bathroom floor quite a lot.

Nice hotel. The rooms are rather small but the bed was ultra comfortable. A tall person or a heavy set person may find it a little difficult to maneuver around the room. The staff was pretty cool to interact with. I’d recommend this hotel to others.
