Luggages and the room was more like fir midgets too small with little space to move around. No drinks facilities as staff doesn’t knows how to serve drinks. Terrible service

The room first assigned had a heat/AC UNIT issue. Staff immediately took care of everything and switched our room. Attentive and friendly staff.

I stayed here twice during my trip. The staff was amazing. The restaurant was very good. It is also located in the midst of a wonderful area the has about 10 local restaurants. And, it is right off of the line 14 Cour St Emillion station.

Second time in Paris-- great and quiet location in Bercy Village. Rooms were small and shower had no curtain or door but overall clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice! Truly genuine and I was pleased with my interactions with them. I stayed for a week and I had a good time.

The hotel is located in a safe area within a mixed residential/business zone. The area is quiet at nights. Unfortunately, the metro station and metro line #14 were closed for construction during our stay and the entire month of August. While I understand that repairs are necessary on the Metro system and are usually conducted in the summer, I regret not having been informed by the hotel BEFORE my stay. Metro repairs are scheduled by RATP ahead of time and the hotel knew about it but did not inform me before my arrival. Without metro available, it is impossible to reach the hotel easily by public transportation from the airport or train station or anywhere in Paris. It took us 4h to reach the hotel from the CDG Roissy airport while dragging 15 lbs suitcases in the streets! Should we have known the metro issue before, we would have taken a taxi directly from the airport. The lack of information from the hotel beforehand was very detrimental to our stay as we had to spend money on Uber everyday to leave or come back to the hotel.
The hotel room was small, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
There was no functioning door safety lock or door safety guard on our room door. The access to the room is done through a keyless entry system. Once in the room, there is no way to lock the door. Any staff member with a keycard can enter the room while you sleep as it is impossible to lock the door from inside. I did not feel safe. Would not return to this hotel for a future trip.

Also, we will not fail to share your appreciation with all our team. Your satisfaction is the greatest reward for our staff who work day after day to offer you an impeccable service. Concerning the door, there is a lock and when it is closed only emergency passes that are given only to the manager teams can open, but in no case the staff passes. Human safety is our priority.Concerning the work of the subway we are not warned in advance unfortunately but that actually would be better to warn us in advance, however there is line 6 at 10 minute walk in 2nd possibilityWe look forward to welcoming you again very soon.
We loved the Ibis Paris. The hotel is clean and a few steps above basic. The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were small, but tidy. We would definitely stay there again. It’s a little distance from the center of Paris, but the price more than made up for that.

It was a good experience because the check in was quick and easy. The room was a little smaller than I expected but it was clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants in the area in a great neighborhood. I would book this hotel again if I ever return to Paris.
Nice and clean just a little small (i kept bumping into the tv whenever i tried to go around the bed). Nice location. really close to a shopping center and to the metro!
Excellent hotel close to wonderful Bercy village shopping, easy to commute.
Staff is extraordinary, very kind , very helpful , gentille , top french hospitality, breakfast was great , the amazing staff do their best to help advise or sort any problem , will return soon :) merci les Amis du Ibis Bercy Village , on vous aime !
