My family and I had multiple 'surprise and delight' moments throughout our stay. We arrived at noon, expecting to drop off our luggage and were pleasantly surprised when we were able to enter our room early. We stayed in the Apartment suite and loved every minute of it. The staff was friendly and attentive. A truly exceptional experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fabulous central location. Walk to Louvre, great shopping and restaurants. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

This is my second stay at Le Burgundy and definitely won’t be my last. Aside from an issue with the housekeeping which was solved right away, my stay was superb. I was upgraded to a beautiful and comfortable suite. The hotel is located on the right bank, steps from la rue Saint Honoré and close to the main attractions and shopping in Paris. It’s a boutique hotel with premium customer service and beautiful and spacious rooms. Can’t wait to be back!

After a cancelled train to London we booked last minute at ale Burgundy. I wish we had spent our whole trip there! An absolutely wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Everyone went above and beyond , we will definitely stay here again!

We had a great 2 night stay at Le Burgendy. Very convenient location and walkable to many local attractions and dining options. A/C worked great as the temperatures hit 35C!

We booked adjoining rooms which was great for a family of four. The breakfast/staff were amazing. The concierge was very helpful for last minute requests. Centrally located, very walkable!

Overall great…a little attention to detail needed
Overall experience was great…front desk accommodating…very polite and helpful…could do better with follow and confirm expectations…my friends were celebrating a milestone birthday…how can the concierge/front desk forget to order the cake as requested…that does put a cloud on attention to detail…major miss here…but again I want to stress the service and quality of the hotel is great…

The room was spacious, nice decoration and very clean. All staff are extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel location is great. Walking around the area is beautiful, especially this time of year with all the gorgeous Christmas decorations.

Usually fantastic but subpar this trip
I stay here often and love it but on this trip they put me in room 311 and I was very frustrated. The safe didn’t work, the Wi-Fi didn’t work unless I was in the bathroom. As a gold member I always have breakfast included but at the end of the trip they attempted to charge me for breakfast but were quick to reverse it. I love this hotel but this last trip was a bit disappointing. Not the seamless experience I am used to receiving.

Rooms are slightly deteriorated, carpets specially. Our AC was not working first night, but got it fixed second day. Overall very nice, but used to be better before I believe.

We stayed for two nights in March 2022 in this superb hotel. The room was excellent - comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The service provided by all of the staff we met was courteous and knowledgeable. We had an lovely stay and unhesitatingly recommend this hotel.

The customer service is top notch. Location is a big plus if you want to be close to the brand stores.Breakfast are amazing . If you are traveling from USA you can have antibodies test around the corner. Highly recommend it. Second time in the same hotel
