Do NOT stay here!
It was horrific. Firstly i was given the key to a room that had someone in, then i got in my room and the door was off the bathroom cabinet. Worst of all is that they have charged me twice for the booking and have still not refunded the several hundred euros owed to me, as well as the 50 euro deposit they take at check in. I will now have to contact the police for this matter. Be very careful when thinking about staying here.

The hotel is five minutes from the Metro into Paris. The rate is very reasonable. My room was only cleaned once during my nine night stay. Staff was helpful. They were stingy with toilet paper.

Close to metro station, cheap supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi) and nice bakeries. Very basic, but has all you need. Not very pretty building in a working class area, but we had a room with an Eiffel Tower view! Very quiet at night, noisy construction at daytime, which was minor as we spent days away in Paris. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

Our room was canceled without a valid reason
Me and my wife was told by the reception when trying to check in yesterday that our room was cancelled. We was told that the reason was that was that my credit card was not valid. But we should pay when we arrived at the hotel and nothing is wrong with my credit card. The reason for cancelling the room is simply not valid. The hotel was fully booked and we didn´t have any room. After some discussions we was told to leave the hotel or they would call the police. This was a horrible experience.

Tuesday(September 20.), around 9:30pm, I got to a hotel and they said my reservation is declined and I can’t pay in cash. I didn’t understand why, because on Sunday (September 18th) I talked to someone online and they said I can pay in cash. I had a very very bad experience. In the middle of the night, I almost didn’t have a place to stay. I would really appreciate some refund.

Simply great!
Everythig was great! Our arrival was heavily delayed past midnight but the staff was so helpful and the check in was very fast. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Not bad but also not great.
It is not a bad spot to stay. The hotel overall was nice, but it seemed like many of the surfaces in my room hadn’t been cleaned and the linens didn’t look the best either. The view of the Eiffel Tower was a happy surprise from the window.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Great location and easy to get to the city center by metro or bus. The bed was hard, but fine for just a week. To make the lights work, you have to put your card in a box, which we found out after spending two days with the stove light on. Good stay overall.

Good and comfortable stay with Eiffel tower view
A decent and comfortable stay. Loved the Eiffel tower view from the window. Definitely worth the money. Good connectivity via public transport. Cutlery could have been cleaned well. Overall a good stay and would visit again.

I never come back
The hotel is in a very good location, the reception was very good with no problem, however the hotel did not clean my room, I had hair in the shower and all the furniture was dusty, the bed seemed to be clean but after the first night during bedtime I woke up with allergies all over the body, so I washed the sheets twice and the allergy improved, I asked at reception when the room would be cleaned and I was informed that once a week, but during my entire stay no one even showed up. change the towels, I had to go to the reception to ask for new towels, breakfast was served with almost no food, if you arrived later there was almost no food, I complained at reception and no one seemed to care about it, we had to wake up every day super early to get food for breakfast, in general I was very disappointed because by the reviews I expected it to be better, I don't intend to go back ever again.

First time in Paris
We came from the UK. Our first trip to Paris. Hotel was good for the price paid. Had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Communication from staff at reception upon arrival was excellent. Very polite guy. Room a little on the small side and no air conditioning. Breakfast was disappointing. No milk for cereal any morning we went down. We always went for breakfast with at least 1 hour to spare before breakfast finish time. Sometimes no ham and very little choice. Last day coffee machine out of order. Overall though we would still return. Maybe not with breakfast included. Polite and helpful staff were a big plus.

Propre mais à redire sur les équipements. Dommage
arrivée tardive : pas de télécommande de la télé, pas de savon, pas de shampoing. Pas de climatisation Les lampes de chevet sont avec des ports USB mais sans prise secteur-USB !

Cauchemar à l'hotel
Un établissement sans climatisation donnant sur une grande rue très bruyante avec une (petite) fenêtre qui ferme mal (et qui n'a pas été lavée depuis un temps probablement lointain). Une isolation phonique inexistante, Un établissement sans gel douche, sans petit déjeuner (machine a café HS, viennoiseries calcinées etc...) malgré une heure d'attente... Une chambre sale, un personnel certes agréable mais complètement dépassé par la situation. Bref je cherche un point positif mais rien ! Et tout ça pour un peu plus de 120€ la nuit ! Avant de réserver, étudiez toutes les autres options, rien ne sera pire !

Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen ganz in Ordnung. Es war jetzt kein Fünf Sterne Hotel, aber für den Aufenthalt hat's total gereicht. Man konnte alles soweit zu fuß erreichen und das Personal war auch immer freundlich und hilfsbereit Also im Gesamten völlig ok

Reclamando. NÃO ME DEVOLVERAM O DEPÓSITO.
O apartamento é muito bom e localidade também. Porém eles tem um problema com o depósito que eles pedem antecipado para uma segurança, pelo que eu observei em comentários anteriores aconteceu comigo também, eles fala que vai estornar o deposito feito no cartão até as 16hs da data do seu check-out e não fazem isso. Até o momento não devolverao e nem entrarão em contato.
