"The villa was great & met our needs! There are no better view’s available!! There was 9 of us in total & everyone had their own space! The owner (Dylan) attended the villa & gave us a run down of the property, the Do’s & Dont’s in Thailand & introduced us to the groundskeepers (who live onsite in their own quarters). "Pros: Stunning view. You can see the bay and the town from a distance from all of the room and the roof top. Roof top have lots of space incase you want to dry your laundry. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Both of the bedroom have their own bathroom. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Cons: Location, it is a bit far from town of Patong. It costs roughly 3000 - 4000 bahts to travel to town. It is also far from any beach. There is no direct way to get to the beach and it is not walkable...

"This property is sprawling— there was more then enough space to feel comfortable in living areas and private rooms. It was overwhelming, quite honestly. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We were beyond impressed. The host is phenomenal. We are forever grateful to him for making our family feel so welcomed and cared for during their first trip to Thailand. He went above and beyond for them— way beyond host responsibilities. "The place is beautiful. The rooms are very grand, the pool area is great and the views breathtaking. The staff were lovely. They took care of all our needs. I took my family of 8 to Phuket for two weeks and we all loved it. The only draw back is that to get to the road there is a steep climb. However,whenever Bier was around, he would take us up to the top in his truck. Otherwise I would highly recommend this holiday villa."

"We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. "They said they provide a ride from up hill hotel down the hill to the entrance, but most of the time it was hard to find anyone to help and we had to walk all the way down and up. Room service took 1 hour due to lack of staffs. Breakfast was also poor. "

"Very good price and nice property. Excellent check in progress. Very convenient to food and massage and tops store. Very quiet environment. Very helpful staff. Walkable to Patong beach. Some improvement needed on lights needed for jaz pool. Bath tub no water and tv in the room not working. Swimming pool some lights need to be repair. Overall, very satisfied with the property stay. "We were a group of 5 adults and stayed at the property for a week in February 2023. Things to consider, the hill the property is on is VERY steep and all of the activities we booked we had to walk up the hill to meet our rides, they would not come down to the property for pick-up, which was not mentioned in the listing. "Our stay here was great! Tanny was attentive and a super helpful house manager. Our drivers were awesome and accommodating. The neighborhood is so beautiful! The walk from the villa is challenging, but so worth it and added to the adventure! The pizza place at the top is delicious and the mart up the block is fantastic and they have an ATM. "Great spot. Great price. Make sure to book a non smoking room if that’s not for you. Staff at front very good. Would have preferred to been asked if my room was cleaned more. Had my sign on door multiple times and they only cleaned once. Pool area was great. I would stay again. Thank you."
