"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. "We had a nice holiday, but we will not be returning. This holiday park has lots of potential with a nice pool, and nice little chalets, and nice friendly staff, however it is poorly maintained and in need of a deep clean. There were cracks in the walls of our chalet, and the power kept turning off. Whilst the kitchen area and bathrooms were clean, the floors and skirting boards were dirty. "We had a fabulous stay at Tulip Inn. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a problem with our refrigerator and a replacement was provided immediately. We loved the pool - more often than not we were the only ones using it and the sauna was an added bonus! Honfleur was a short walk away. A perfect stay- comfortable beds and great having the option to self - cater. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return 😊"

"Lovely hotel, very well located, in the beautiful town of Honfleur. Fantastic friendly warm welcome from the young lady who spoke perfect English. Very grateful to have received a free upgrade to a corner room with lovely views over the harbour. Very short walk into the town and marina areas. Car park within 100m - only 12euro per 24 hours. Fantastic breakfast. Can't wait to return to this lovely hotel. Special thanks to the receptionist when we checked in around 3.45pm on 22 May 2024. "
