The condition of the room was fair and the hotel was dated. Carpet had stains, doors and walls were dinged up in areas, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Bed wasn’t super comfortable either. The staff was really kind and the hotel location was great but rooms just need to be updated.

It's a noisy places to stay. When the room on the floor above you showers or flushes the toilet, it sounds like the water is running on your head. You can hear every sound from the room above. I'm sure we had young children above us running and jumping. The breakfast was good and the parking for large vehicles is great.

Despite a confirming e-mail reservation, we had no one reserved in the BW system. What followed was a 45 minute check in process. The front desk clerk was thorough and totally cooperative. Once we got to the room, all was well as it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

We’ve stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay. However, this time it was very poor. We arrived at 3:49pm, check in time is 4pm, however our room wasn’t ready, in fact no rooms on the second floor were ready. The front desk young lady had no customer service experience. She didn’t great guests, smile or even say hello to myself or the other guests waiting to check in. Our room wasn’t available until later that evening. Once we were finally able to get into the room, our keys wouldn’t work. Just a bad experience.

Property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great. Our check in and checkout was fast. Hopefully the pool and tub are open next time around. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked the fact that there was a lounge area in the middle of my floor's hallway. There was some painting being done on the first floor, but my room was far enough away from it that it didn't really bother me.

Whiskey Fest
Three friends and I stayed here for the Whiskey Fest. It was fine, nothing fancy but we only needed a place to sleep. The employees we dealt with were friendly. We would stay again.

Stayed here twice. It's noisy when you are on the first floor. People walking around upstairs is loud downstairs and when the room above showers it sounds like the water is coming down your wall.

Our stay was nice. I would recommend in you pet rooms with carpet, thr carpets should be cleaned often. For an individual with allergies it is needed

They said I ordered a pet room. I don't have a pet and I don' t like the ideas of non-human animals sharing a space I'm going to sleep in. The lady who waited on me said that since I designated a pet room, she "couldn't" change it to a non-pet room. So I had to sleep with whatever critters that pet had brought with it into my room.
