"The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"The Hotel Rosa is perfectly located. Location is the main thing that I look for in a hotel, and the Rosa did not disappoint. It's a short walk to the shopping district, a short walk to the center of the old city and a short walk to the coolest things in San Marino - Monte Titano and it's 3 towers. You literally have your own private staircase behind the hotel that leads directly to the parh that runs on top of the mountain and past the 3 towers. The view from my room was also great. The hotel staff are kind and cool and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended. "
